Brighton Place condos are located at 1575 Paul Russell Road in Tallahassee, FL. Dues are currently $495.00 per quarter, subject to change.
Homeowners Association Management handles the dues collection, manages all property landscaping, maintenance and owner issues.
Entrance Gate Codes: Please call Jack at Premier to obtain a gate access code or remote to the entry gate: 205-5203 or 514-1000.
Drop-Box: The drop box is posted near the bulletin board for comments and dues payments. Please do not put your outgoing mail in this box.
Mailbox Kiosk: Management (and the Post Office) does not keep extra keys for your unit’s mailbox. Please contact a locksmith if you lose your mailbox key. Vehicles parked in front of the mailbox kiosk for extended periods of time are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
